MARC VEYRAT food truck, is it worth it?

0

A FuirMarc Veyrat, one of the most famous French chefs, has just founded his own food truck called Mes Bocaux. The concept is smart: you order online and you just need to fetch it when the truck arrives in your neighborhood.
I started with a delicious butternut squash, topped by light chantilly (though the chantilly had fell once I came home). But then, everything failed. I had cod with Syrah sauce, onions and leeks: the sauce was too thick and a bit disgusting. The side was non-existent. For dessert, I had the tapioca cream with blueberries, nothing to die for.
Overall, it doesn’t cost much, €13.50, but frankly it’s really not worth it.
