GOCCE bar, a real gem in Paris

Who said Italians were not skilled at crafting great cocktails? A few days ago, we went to Gocce, a new Italian bar, not far from rue des Martyrs. You need to go in the backroom of a restaurant to find this hidden gem. We loved the decor: comfy armchairs, dimmed light and library themed walls.
We let Oscar Quagliarini, the bartender, guide us. We had a try at the Spicy Gimlet which incorporates cardamon, gin, lime juice and white pepper. We quickly felt dizzy after this wave of freshness.
If you’re looking for a true cocktails bar in the neighborhood, Gocce is the place to be.
